Normally, shipments are sent via couriers such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or via post upon client request. Charges depend on the destination and weight.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The expected minimum order value is US$500. However, small sample orders are accepted initially for market testing purposes. Free samples may be offered, though freight costs are covered by the client.
Can I purchase products not shown in the current catalogue?
Yes, if you provide pictures or samples of similar orthopedic instruments, customized procurement or production can be arranged, though delivery may take slightly longer.
What are the standard payment terms?
For orders under USD 800, 100% advance payment is required. For orders over USD 800, 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
