What are your shipping modes and associated charges?
We typically ship via international couriers such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, and TNT, or via postal services upon client request. Charges depend on the destination and package weight.
Do your products hold international certifications?
Yes, our products and facilities are compliant with ISO 13485 and CE standards. Certain products are also registered with FDA 510k.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
While we generally expect a minimum order of US$500, we support smaller sample orders initially to help clients test our products in their local markets.
Are free samples available?
We can offer free samples for evaluation; however, the cost of freight/shipping must be covered by the customer.
Can you provide products similar to the catalog but not listed?
Certainly. If you provide pictures or physical samples, we can source or manufacture similar orthopedic instruments, though delivery times may be slightly longer.
What are your payment terms and stock availability?
We maintain monthly stock for most listed products. For orders under 800 USD, 100% advance payment is required. For larger orders, 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, and PayPal.
