The Magnesium Aluminum Zinc Ground Mounting System is meticulously engineered to withstand extreme weather conditions, including maximum wind speeds and heavy snow loads. Designed for efficiency, this solar ground mounting bracket reduces labor costs while ensuring structural integrity and a long service life. It supports various foundation types: direct soil insertion, ground screws, and cement piers.
The double-column structure allows for precise height adjustments, particularly when using ground screw posts, offering higher installation accuracy and superior strength for commercial-grade projects.
The foundation step involves drilling specialized screws into the soil to anchor the structure securely. Depth is determined by soil type to support the total system weight.
Once the foundation is set, beams and diagonal support poles are connected using high-grade bolts and nuts to create a stable framework.
Mounting rails are attached to the beams. It is critical to ensure rails are perfectly level to provide a flat surface for the solar panels.
Finally, solar panels are fastened to the rails using specialized mounting hardware, completing the high-strength installation.
