Cast-in Rail Shoulders: These are prefabricated pieces in concrete sleepers, either single or double, used to secure elastic rails within a fastening system. Pre-embedded in concrete sleepers, they work with elastic clips to fix the rails securely.
Weld-on Shoulders: Designed for special trackwork locations such as switches, scales, and steel structures where standard tie plates cannot be used. These steel shoulders are beveled to facilitate welding and provide optimum lateral resistance and maximum clip-toe load.
